Women's Ministry is a very active ministry of the church, fostering fellowship among our members. It operates our Thrift Shop, offers a book club, and includes our Piecemakers quilting group. The group sponsors luncheons, concerts and coffee hours, and offers a variety of volunteer opportunities to benefit the local community.

Piecemakers Quilting Group
Tuesdays 9:00 A.M.
The Piecemakers is the church’s quilting group, which meets every Tuesday from 9:00 A.M. until noon in the 2nd floor education wing of the church.
PIECEMAKERS NEWS!
Last week, we delivered 26 quilts, including 9 Christmas themed, to All Children's Hospital. We also provided 13 positioning pillows, which children rest their arms on while being administered IVs.
We are consulting with the Police Academy League regarding the quilt making process, as their 5th graders study quilt making as an art form.
Piecemakers is moving! In the next few weeks, we will be moving to our new space in the former music room on the 2nd floor of the church building. Stop by Tuesday mornings to see what we are doing—or better yet, come join us.
We also have projects that can be made at home to donate to the hospital.
Angel Tree
Women’s Ministry will sponsor the Angel Tree fundraiser and collect monetary donations through November 30.
Proceeds will be donated for Christmas gifts to PARC Center for Disabilities and Brookwood Girls Home.
Handcrafted Cards
Women’s Ministry is offering beautiful handcrafted cards created by artist Anne Morton. Christmas cards are available, as are cards that depict scenes from our church.
Cards will be available for review and sale after 8:30 am and 10 am worship services on November 30.
All proceeds go to our “Together We Rise” campaign.
