• It has taken some time for me to sort out the events of January 6 before writing anything in response.  The events of that day literally took my breathe away.  Since then, I have regrouped and listened to the responses of others enough to share some observations and concerns.

  • As Christians, we are called to play a part in choosing our elected leaders. The United Church of Christ says:

    The problems in our world often seem too big to confront. We see injustice every day and feel that change can’t or won’t happen. But our faith is infused with hope and built on a foundation of action. By serving the vulnerable, feeding the hungry, and standing in solidarity with the oppressed, we serve as God’s hands.

  • Lately, I have been trying to find a hobby that might improve my attitude during this pandemic time.  This has led to gardening and requires some clarification.  My gardening involves one  small, potted lemon tree (you don’t want to overdo it).  My goals being:
